Using phone abroad

How do I setup my phone to use abroad, because when I went abroad last time I could not send picture messages and get Internet

You need to call Customer Services and make sure the International Traveller Service is set up for you. You can find out what the rates are for where you're travelling here: http://www.o2.co.uk/support/internationalandtravel

Be aware that sending picture messages and data roaming while you are abroad can be very expensive. If you have Tu Go installed, you would be wise to use that over WiFi as much as you can.
