What is the cheapest way to use my phone in America. I have a pay monthly sim card

Get a US sim card.

If you dont have o2 Travel inclusive then it will cost you £4.99 a day for data, 120minutes / 120 texts per day.  This doesn't cover Hawaii or Alaska
