Hello, I am new to O2. Will be travelling to Dubai in November. Do I have to do anything to use my phone there and will it be expensive. Won't need to make or receive calls, just need access to the Internet for listening/watching Spotify and YouTube. Thanks

Yes, very expensive O2 International
Get a local sim for data or use wifi hotspots.
Even with O2 Travel it isn't cheap and data speeds are throttled.

Thanks for reply. I will buy a local sum for data then. Does that mean I will have a different phone number whilst using that sim.?

I'm afraid so @Yortie but it won't affect any calls using voip services over a data connection.
