Hello and Good Morning All...I just wanted to ask a quick question i'm on o2 unlimited what countries can I use my phone in ?...like if I was to go to the USA or Italy or dubai can I still use my phone

You can use your phone in any country which O2 have a roaming agreement with ie. almost anywhere. All the countries you mention you will have no problem.

However your allowances are for the UK only so using the phone will incur charges as outlined here:

If you have TuGo installed you will be able to use your allowances over wifi. Otherwise the advice is normally to switch off mobile data and use wifi where possible or to get your phone unlocked and use a local sim.

Other tips are to use apps such as Whatsapp which is free to use over wifi as long as your friends/family also have it installed.

Hi.

Your allowances are for uk uses only.

I'd suggest making sure your phone is unlocked to all networks and use am local SIM card while you are there.

And wifi.

Turn off voicemail if you do take your O2 sim.
