How come you get a text to say your data has nearly all gone but not your minutes! Why can't o2 put a counter on your minutes so you can keep a check?

Hi @Tracy65 You can check your usage in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

However the update on the mins isn't instant and can take up to 12 hours but it can be monitored via this route

Or you can add a bolt on https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/bolt-ons

Obviously gone over without realising, always been under my minutes, way over this bill, is there any thing I can do on my phone to alert me? Thinking of going back to pay as you go 🤔
