Why after being a customer for years can 02 not offer any decent upgrade prices? Look on other websites and new customer get much better prices. Feel cheated and upset had to spend 45 minutes ending contract as 02 do not value customers. All staff have been lovely and feel upset having to send them links to other websites showing better prices.
02 will never see my custom again.
upset and angry customer (for only 30 more days).

It's a shame but O2 have their own business strategy and pricing ideas. They don't feel the need to price compete as they have other incentives to stay with or join O2. As for loyalty....? It doesn't exist now as they operate a fair for all policy, old and new customers to get the same deals.
Often it doesn't quite work like that despite some of the claims here;

They also offer Refresh which you can't get anywhere else and other perks
However, if you are moving that's your choice.
Just make sure other networks give you a good signal. It's pointless taking up a better deal if you can't use your phone as you should. Best of luck with whatever you choose to do..
