Hi there,
I am on O2 and I am due for an upgrade, I have found a good deal on O2 on the Carphone Warehouse website, but I can't upgrade on there as I upgraded on the O2 Website a year ago. Is there anyway I can cancel the contract I am on now and get the deal on the Car phone Warehouse website?
Thank you.

If you cancel now you will have to pay the full amount of your contract Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's always best to shop around when committing to a 2/3 year contract.

You'll be able to upgrade at CPW in 2 days time then.

Get the contract you have seen and then ask cs to migrate your number to the new contract. That will then end your present contract.
