I’m looking to upgrade but I don’t want to pay two bills in one month, what is the best time to do this?

When I have upgraded you still only pay once but any in month changes apply in next bill so a couple of dayS before bill produced will produce the least amount of change to bill up or down depending on new tariff

@Karen12

It's important to remember the word UPGRADE when looking at your new 'contract'.

Believe me, many people don't.

I have recently upgraded my sim only tariff. I left it 4 days before contract end and then chose UPGRADE (on sim only).

The tariff changed immediately in My O2 but as there were a few days left over from the last one, that was reflected in my first bill on new tariff. One bill only as you have upgraded.

You keep the same number as everything is changed on the system.
