I have just tried to upgrade my phone through mobile phones direct & I only have 1 week left on my contract, but for some reason theyhave declined my upgrade, can someone please explain to me why the would have done this, especially as I was intending to say with O2 but am now having second thoughts

Look at the review’s for MPD and you will see it’s not only O2, it’s any network, where customers have been having problems with credit ratings.
