So I finally found out that I didn't meet the eligibility criteria, even though my credit check was fine, which is odd to say the least.
So I am wondering, if I clear the device plan on my active line, would it be easier to upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max? Or would I still face the same issue? I am on £32,703 with no missed payments on my credit file.
So I am only guessing it's this outstanding credit amount causing it.
As it said i meet the affordable criteria, but my fear is submitting another one when I clear this amount would end in same result?
Also do the new devices come with sep device plans and sim plans like change up did before?
