Upgrading tariff?

I got an iPhone 5s, but I'm paying about £7 more than a tariff I have seen online which offers more data. Is there any way I could upgrade my tariff?

No you will be tied into your contract now. You can go for a higher tariff but you can't downgrade your tariff.

Offers change all the time I'm afraid.

It may be worth having a word with customer service as some accounts are eligible for an upgrade to 4G which come with more data normally.

It may be worth asking if they can look at your allowances to see if more data can be supplied but that may incur a tariff cost change.

If you don't ask you don't get. slight_smile

Log into your "My O2" and look at the section called "Change My Tariff".
This will show you all your options that relate specifically to you and your account.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
