Upgrading tariff

I upgraded my sim only tariff to £35 a month but there was a discount deal which means it is only £20 a month, however when i log onto my o2 account it says the tariff is £35 a month and there is no where on the account where it confirms that it is actually discounted to £20

 

Is that normal? or will i be charged £35?

Should the bolt on already be applied now or will it be applied only once my bill is generated? Because at the moment i only have one bolt on which is 02 travel

It should appear before your first full bill is generated but if you have any concerns you can call customer services on 202 to check.
