I dont think this helps him. I am in the exact same situation. My S20 Ultra was ready to collect and then boom we went into lockdown.
I have paid the £50 deposit no news from 02 yet on whats going on with it.. They surely are not going to send my S20 ultra in the post when I havent yet paid for it?
Any guidence would be helpful
