Upgrading phone

Hi, I came into the store about 3 weeks ago and upgraded my phone to S20 ultra and i was suppose to get free airbuds with them. Now because of the current situation the store is closed, i cant get through to anyone in o2 Customer Service to ask. I've paid 50 quid deposit to get the phone and I really need it for working from home, even more now with current situation but dont want to loose out on it. What will happen next, does anyone know? I can upgrade through my app but ill loose 50 pounds deposit ive paid and the free airbuds. If the situation with COVID-19 will effect me getting the phone because i have to go into store to collect it when it opens, I'll consider leaving o2.

I dont think this helps him. I am in the exact same situation. My S20 Ultra was ready to collect and then boom we went into lockdown. 

 

I have paid the £50 deposit no news from 02 yet on whats going on with it.. They surely are not going to send my S20 ultra in the post when I havent yet paid for it? 

 

Any guidence would be helpful
