Hi Community!

Do O2 insist that we increase our monthly tariff to obtain a free phone upgrade?

I've been with the company for over 25 years but my phone usage is minimal and my monthly contract is just right for me.

Thanks

Hi @Robert2

No they don't insist on it at all. You have the option of paying 12, 24 or 36 months now ....which spread the cost. You need to look in the shop to see what deals there are (check via upgrade option)

@Robert2

Have a look at the offers from Carphone Warehouse on O2.

They are cheaper than going direct.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
