Hi, I’m wanting to just upgrade form paying monthly for my phone just to paying monthly for a sim only as I am happy with the phone I have. Everytime I try upgrading it says I can’t due to my upgrade eligibility being expired even though I have finished all my payments. If anybody could help that would be much appreciated.

Are you trying to upgrade through your my o2 either on the app or website?

You need to go into change tariff and then upgrade. Then select sim only.

This is only giving me an option to change my tariff for the phone as well which would be £66 which is more than I’m already paying I just want a sim only deal

There should be a choice of phone or sim only. Two different tabs.
