Upgrading and Bills

I’ve recently upgraded using o2 refresh to an iPhone 11. I was previously playing £65 a month, which is already a lot of money just for a phone, I’ve now upgraded to a contract that is cheaper at £55 a month. I’ve seen different types of information everywhere and am confused.

Will I be paying two bills to get out of my old contract? Or just the one at £55 which was the deal I got. I obviously don’t want to be paying more than £65 as that was already too much. Will next months bill be an extra £55 in addition to £65? Or would I be paying any addition for the device/air time?

I’ve tried calling, but they don’t seem to be taking calls that aren’t about fraudulent activity. I obviously want to resolve this issue before my 14 days to return it is up.

Thank you,

Oscar

Thank you, I felt like I saw lots of information that made me think other wise. I also thought that me getting an upgrade cheaper than what I already may be too good to be true!
