Dont know if anyone will know the answer for this. My dad had a business sim only but wants to upgrade to a new handset. He is with o2 directly, will the upgrade from simo to handset be free the same as on a consumer contract or is it different for business

@Lee939

Upgrades are free (assuming the contract has reached it's minimum term) but there may be an upfront fee to pay for the handset.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

It will be finished in july, but with my own sim only i was able to upgrade it to a device for free a year or so into that sim only contract. Im guessing for a business sim only you cant upgrade to a handset early without a termination fee
