I know the easiset way for me to upgrade is to ring o2 but just wondering if I can do this through the website too? (perhaps some better offers by upgrading through the website?)  Thanks.

Call 202 and speak to retentions - They have the best deals to offer anyone.

If you can it would be done by logging in to my o2 and selecting upgrade me now in the upgrade section on the right hand side.

It's been known to be better offers via the site

I'd go with through an O2 store so you walk out with the phone. No possible issue of it going out of stock. Possibility to haggle for accessories too. slight_smile

And if refresh is not a deal breaker look at CPW

Thanks for the quick replies.  Its just the sim(contract) I'm after, not a phone. Cheers.

I would also recommend ringing retentions for a better sim only deal. Going via the website you will only get what is showing. \retentions can give better deals.

Ah right.

So a decision between a monthly option and 12 months one.

They won't deal as much on sim only afaik.

definatley worth asking tho.

I upgraded one of my 12 month simo contracts and was offered £150 after a chat with retentions.
