Upgrading Price Over The Phone The Same as on the website

Hey, i just wanted to ask because i am due to upgrade in 14 days time is the price from the upgrade team over the phone the same as on the website or does ringing the upgrade team give better and cheaper tariffs than whats on the website, i am guessing the pricing on the website will still be the same as when i am due to upgrade, thanks

You may be able to negotiate a small discount if you call sales. It depends largely on your regular spend with current and previous contracts.

When you upgrade via O2 website will the prices be the same as the prices you see if you taken out a new contract?

That is the O2 ethos, but as I said, upgrading customers may be able to negotiate a small discount by calling upgrades.
