Hi,

 

 I am able to upgrade end of July with the contract that I have got, but I was in an accident yesterday and my phone got damaged badly. Is there anyway of being able to upgrade early?

Hi

 

I went into my local O2 shop and spoke to a very helpful guy. I have paid the remainder of my contract but I have a better phone at a lower price than I was expecting to pay. I have however insurered the phone.
