@Matt1772

You need to contact O2 customer services to do the upgrade and ask them to merge your accounts at the same time..
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Hi @Matt1772

Your post isn't very clear.

If you are upgrading one phone but still have money to pay on the second device, you will still have two bills to pay.

If you have 2 separate My O2 accounts then you can merge into one, in the bring in products section of your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Customer services are the only ones who can merge your accounts into one bill.

If you are asking to cancel one account, they can do this also so you only have one account when you upgrade.

I didn't think the op was particularly clear hence my post. Which, believe it or not was actually started before you had posted anything @MI5.

I was unable to load the image.

Just clarifying that merging accounts in MyO2 does not give one bill.
The rest is also unclear to me.

Yes, and I was saying if he had two separate My O2 accounts, he could merge into one but still have two bills. The whole thing was unclear to me if honest. Confused
