So after not receiving my order customer services made an email to whoever they needed to and cancelled the order so I can go in store and upgrade. I need to do this today!!! They have rang and told me they have been told it has been cancelled, but I cant go in store until it updates. She said a couple of hours? Realistically how long should I wait before calling back?

The reality is that it could take days - nothings moves very quickly in O2's world.
