Hiya,

 

I have spent approx. 30 mins on the phone today sorting an upgrade with a rep of o2 however I cant find the upgrade deal he had suggested (and emailed me) would be on my account. Am I not looking in the right place or has something gone wrong. I have looked in most folders but with no joy just starting to get a little grumpy with looking

Or call customer service on 202 sometimes it can take a while for myo2 to update
