Hi, I'm able to upgrade my sim only plan. I wanted to upgrade so I got more Internet. If I do upgrade this will the bill be taken out automatically for it or will it come out at the end of the month?

Hi Abby1,

You will be moved over to your new tariff near enough straight away if it's not your billing day, so you will incur pro-rata charges. Pro-rata is unbilled usage (which will be added to your next phone bill which will be the new sim only tariff ) from when you upgrade to the day of your usual billing date.
