I ordered a phone as I was due an upgrade and spoke to an o2 advisor who said to not accept delivery as I ordered the wrong phone... how long does it take for me to be able to upgrade again as it's been a week and still no info on my account as to when I can upgrade to the proper phone... its showing my new phone and upgraded options as my tariff and that I need to refresh to upgrade but I've sent it all back and not recieved any additional info

Should only just take 5 days as j was informed from an advisor as they can dispatch deliveries next day but on returns take slight longer.... buts been a full week and its stressing me out do I just give them a calm
