Does anyone know if the htc 10 or Goggle Pixel are available to upgrade too wiyh O2.

Neither directly with o2 but CPW will sell them on o2 contracts.

Neither are available from O2 I'm afraid but you can very probably upgrade to either phone throgh CPW if Refresh isn't a deal breaker.
