Hiya, just a quick question. I wanted to confirm whether or not my current sim only contract will need to manually cancelled when my new phone arrives or will it automatically be cancelled/ switch? Just thought I’d check because it’d be very like me to end up paying twice and not notice for a while. Thank you!

If you have upgraded then everything will switch to your new plan and handset automatically.

So need to cancel, just hopefully, sit back and enjoy your new device

Your contract is automatically upgrade if you did the upgrade through O2, so no need to cancel.
