Hi guys,I upgraded today, but to be honest I'm not really sure if I like the phone.I know and I understand I have 14 days to return.Do I have to return to the store I got it from or can I go to any store? The reason I ask that is just I got in a store on the way home from work and it's miles out of the way.Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I always thought it was the store where you purchased the handset from

I've never worked in a franchise store @Cleoriff but to the best of my knowledge franchise stores are able to return consumer contracts and goods from company shops and vice versa. Business contracts would be a different kettle of fish however. This is all technically speaking, whether they want to do it or not could be more variable

Whatever suits you best @Charlieboyoo As long as you aren't running a risk of being out of the 14 day cooling off period.....If they don't accept it on Saturday you will still have to find time to return it to the store your bought it from...:smileywink:

Went down to o2.Got the phone returned no problem at the local store. The only thing was i was pretty annoyed when i got it returned my data was turned off.Had to ring o2 to get it resolved. To be honest was a bit of a slow process returning it.o2 customer services asking why and all.But thankfully no hassle
