I have upgraded my existing O2 rolling monthly contract to a Sim only 12 month contract. Will my existing monthly rolling payment stop from today. I.e pro rata final payment, when my new sim only contract starts ? Obviously trying to avoid 2 x direct debits coming out for the same mobile phone number

Direct debit date and bill date stay the same.

Next bill will be pro rata.
