Upgraded to a 12month sim only deal next month

Hi Everyone I was just wondering If I upgarde to a 12month sim only deal next month would I be able to upgarde to a new phone anytime during in the 12month period?

Nope as it's sim only.

You would need to upgrade the Sim Only Contract to a full blown one.

Simplicity is right for you if you're:

• Happy with your handset and don't want a new one at the moment
• Waiting for a new handset to be launched and just need an interim contract
• Not sure that you want an 18 or 24 month contract
• Looking for a great deal on a 12 month, 1 month contract or on Pay & Go

So what your saying is i would have to wait tell the 12month is up to get a new phone?

If you upgrade to a 12m sim then yes you can upgrade to a handset deal anytime through O2.

You would however have to pay off the full contract if you wish to leave during that period.

Hi,

The simplicity sim only is for people who are happy with their own current phone.

Some also use it to stand a better chance of getting a full contract if say their credit rating is low.

If you want a full contract with 'free' phone and upgrade options then ring o2 on 202 and enquire.

Why did you go for the sim only option ?

If your wanting a refresh deal then only through 02.

The independants can offer other deals but not refresh or open codes.

I thought it had to be done through O2 unless you pay off the simplicity I would check that
