Upgraded to a 12month sim only deal next month

Hi Everyone I was just wondering If I upgarde to a 12month sim only deal next month would I be able to upgarde to a new phone anytime during in the 12month period?

Hi,

I would follow advice and speak to 02 and think about the refresh tariff if you want to upgrade.

CPW cannot offer this.

Just to clarify, you are already on o2 contract, and upgrading to 12m simo, yes?

Yeah Thats right so you are saying I can upgarde after 3months with CPW and would i have to pay it would it be Free?

You would just pay for whatever contract and handset you take out

You wouldn't have to pay a fee to upgrade early if that's what you mean. Of course there may be a cost to the handset depending on which tariff you go for, but nothing for your early upgrade.

I would advise looking at refresh with O2 though but that's just my opinion

To be honest guys I think the OP is getting totally confused by all of this as the information being given out isn't clear at all.

I don't personally like cpw anyway so would always go direct to O2

Of course you could just go straight onto a full contract !

Got mine through CPW as they were £150 cheaper than directly with o2 but as soon as I hit signal issues(days after taking ccontract out) it took o24 whole months before they told me I should have gone back to CPW if I was unhappy.

Had o2 told me at the beginning then I could have been saved the drama.

Roll on Telefonica selling it. They have destroyed o2.
