I updated to Unlimited Data Allowance but i keep receiving texts telling me i've used it all??

O2 stopped unlimited data several years ago, so there's no way you could have updated or upgraded to that allowance. You should call Customer Services on 202 to find out exactly what your tariff and allowances are.
