Hi everyone ,
So i recently upgraded my phone to a new Iphone 12 Pro Max and the day i received it , i was trying to set it up and got a message "The phone is reported Stolen/Lost" confused , i checked online with the IMEI and it shows that the phone was indeed reported . So i'm wondering why i am receiving a Blacklisted iphone . I called customer services they told me it may take 24Hours to remove it from the data base waited 24hours nothing . Can't use the phone , can't work because i need the phone i asked for a replacement as i am still according to your policies, i have the right to change my mind within 14 days or get it replace the customer service Hanged up the phone such poor services. So is there anyone whilling to help ?
