I upgraded my phone and chose extras, but haven’t been told how to access the extras. I chose a magazine subscription plus should get Disney+ free too. Have checked all paperwork emailed to me and it doesn’t mention either of the extras.

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under Manage your account.

Great thank you, have done that but only the magazine subscription was there, not the Disney + details.

You can only have one free.

If you have already chosen one, the others will disappear.

You can add Disney as a paid subscription but not free.
