Hi I was offered an upgrade, and I chose to upgrade my sim only and keep sim, the order is on my orders, however I have no confirmation in email and I'm not sure if it will just update over my existing contract? I'm slightly concerned that I've upgraded and I will get charged for both contracts.

Yes it won't be much different this month but should be at the new price next month.

Payments don't stop for old contract, it is merged into the new one.

Your billing date doesn't change. Next payment will be a combination of old and new contract.

Your allowances will swap immediately and the difference in cost will be applied to your bill pro rata.

I really appreciate your help on this. But just need one more clarification. So my old contract is £16 month and my new one is £15 a month. Does this mean that £1 will be added each month? so it will be £16 month? Thanks
