Hello there!
I am hoping someone could assist, on the 23rd May i paid off my contract and upgraded to a Google Pixel 7 Pro which I was expecting the day after. I then received a text saying it has taken a little longer to process and should be with me the next day.
Upon checking DPD it appear they still not have the parcel aside from the details of the order which is also the same today, and I am getting concerned.
Now might be me being impatient, but wondering if it has been lost and to be honest I am a bit annoyed that I have wasted time waiting in as well.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If DPD are still expecting the order I doubt it as been dispatched.
I received a phone from Samsung recently and DPD sent notification when it came into their system along with their tracking number. Another notification when it was out for delivery

Well still none the wiser after umpteen calls to O2, they have sent an email to DPD to get more info. Was promised a call back from a manager at the end of yesterday , that did not happen and when I called again they said it would be 24 hours, and not received any call. Complaint has been submitted as anyone I speak to on phone seems unable to help. Beyond a joke and they are adamant it was sent
