I upgraded to a note9 and lost my 2.98 data I had left and just paid for. Why?

@Edd67 If you have just upgraded to a new tariff & different data plan then your old data will disappear

We would have no idea where that has gone. Have you checked your phones data and compared that to what it says in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you have issues with it then you are best to call customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I would suggest turning mobile data off wherever you can and just use WiFi...

When you change your tariff your data will reset to the new tariff amounts.

Bolt ons do not carry over to the change of tariff unfortunately.
