We would have no idea where that has gone. Have you checked your phones data and compared that to what it says in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I would suggest turning mobile data off wherever you can and just use WiFi...

When you change your tariff your data will reset to the new tariff amounts.
Bolt ons do not carry over to the change of tariff unfortunately.
