Upgrade

I want to upgrade, but the deal im being offered isn't very good from o2. I've been with o2 for 10 years +

You get the same deal as a new customer, and my advice would be to look around the market, get som PAYG sims to test network coverage where you are, and then move which is the best coverage and best deal..

If you want to stay with o2 have a look at the likes of Uswitch or Money Supermarket and there sim only deals

O2 wont price match anyone else,
