Hi I upgraded my phone this morning the payment is pending but I haven't had any comformation of this and it still says I can up date it

If the payment is pending it meas you haven't been accepted yet.
They may be doing credit checks still.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
