Hi i can upgrade if I pay £100 but your contracts are to expensive and are 36 months and I would like a 24 month contract

All you need to do is change the number of months you want the contract for via the website, as you can have from 3months to 36months..

 

It might be worth looking at some of the 3rd party mobile stores, but remember you wont get the Refresh benefits

Also, on the 36 month contracts, the air time and phone  plans split after 24 months. This then allows you to cancel the airtime plan. You'll have 12 months left on the device plan, but phone companies effectively are giving you the phone on an interest free loan so you don't lose much here. It makes the 36 month contracts actually really good value.
