Hi, I recently went to upgrade my phone bu then decided not to keep it and contacteed o2 to arrange a return and cancel my new plan. I have returned the phone and o2 have acknowledged that they have recieved it. I didn't recieve a refund, I had an online coversation and the operator agreed I was due a refund but to date I have only recieved a small portion of the cost of the phone. What can I do, I have sent emails to customer care and recieved no reply. I tried t oget on the online chat but it syas it is busy.
