I upgraded recently and got the new iPad. But now all services have been cut on my mobile

Yes, as you have upgraded your old contract has ended and has been transferred to the iPad.

This is explained as part of the ordering process.

You will need to get a sim only deal if you wish to continue with phone coverage too.
