I’m interested in upgrading my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13 pro max but as I’m a valued vip customer and been with you since iPhone 5. Could you not make that my payments are more or less the same as I’m paying now

@I'm afraid they wont do that @Lesleyb. There are many people who have been with O2 for years and rarely do they give concessions if ever. The iPhone 13 has just been released and no-one will get any type of deal on that flagship phone.

You do have a choice of custom plans now though. Check them out https://www.o2.co.uk/custom-plans 

You will find something to suit.
