Hi I'm new to 02 community I'm on a sim only contract 24 month £20 a month when will I be able to upgrade and will I have to go through another credit check I'm happy with 02 I have always loved been on 02 in past on pay as you go thank you Dean

You can upgrade after 3 months from a sim only provided you have paid on time for those 3 months and you take a refresh contract.
You will not be credit checked for an upgrade, that's only for new contracts.

@Deano73 If you've only just begun your contract it will be some time before you can upgrade. You can check every once in a while on your MyO2 page: http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
