Hi! I'm looking to upgrade from my Samsung S10. I currently pay for 30gb data at about £20 monthly. As I am able to upgrade, I wanted to know that if I choose a device for eg: Iphone 12, will my data allowance stay the same or will I have to sign up to a new one?

If you choose to upgrade to a new phone and pay it off over a contracted term then you'll need to change your airtime plan too. There are some great deals on certain models depending on which phone you pick.
I'd recommend calling O2 on 202 free from your phone, heading down to your local O2 store, or having a look on your MyO2 app for your upgrade options.
