Upgrade

Hi, I have had a email off 02 saying i can upgrade from my 12month sim only contract to a phone device and they will pay the remaining of my contract early. when i go to my 02 to upgrade it doesn't have this offer there only 'sim only plans' any help please?

If you are unsure you need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Anyone who meets the criteria can upgrade from a sim only to full  refresh after 3 months.

You do not have to pay off your sim only if you upgrade to a full refresh with phone contract.
