Hi, I upgrade my phone 2 weeks ago and O2 was supposed to pay my last bill automatically. In my O2 page it said that my bill was paid. And today a received a message asking me to pay that same bill because its overdue. I'm confused and they don't answer the phones....

If its not stolen phones or leave O2 they hang up on me... I already tried 5 numbers...
