Upgrade

I’m trying to upgrade online but it keeps telling me to call a number or visit an O2 store. It’s giving me the option to upgrade my iPhone, but I want to upgrade my iPad, but it’s not giving me the same option. Does anybody know what to do? I’m upgrading early as I only have a small amount to pay off on this contract.

Did you click on the ipad once you had logged in?

Yes I clicked on the number linked to the iPad.
