I have been offered to upgrade, when will be the earliest my new phone will arrive? Also do I have the option of trading my old phone in?

As for delivery, we'd have no idea. You'd need to check with customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Delivery will depend entirely on stock levels. You will receive a dispatch email along with a tracking number when O2 release the phone to the couriers.

@JamesFoster Beware of O2 Recycle. They have a less than stellar reputation for valuing phones for far less than they're worth, or saying the phone is damaged as the reason for their devaluation. There are many posts on the forum attesting to that. Might be a better idea to wait until this crisis is over and trade your phone in with CEX or another recycle company.

As far as delivery of whatever phone you order, it's a bit of a lottery at the moment as @jonsie says.
